This page of cultural arts events has been researched and compiled by Angela Chantry.
Some of these events are for information only, and you will need to make your own bookings. Others are bookable via Angela, and coach transport will be arranged if appropriate.
If an event is bookable through Angela at General Meetings,
you will see an announcement to that effect in
a black-bordered
box like this.
Occasionally concerts are offered at short notice, sometimes with a special discount. If you would like to be kept informed of such events, please email Angela asking for your name to be added to the Cultural Arts contact list.
Angela writes: "Could I please remind everyone that in order to buy tickets for the various events, I do need to have the payment first! Also, the tickets usually have to be collected and paid for well in advance of the performance as we are given a block of seats in order to gain a group discount, so your early booking and payment at the monthly meetings is therefore much appreciated."
