Forty eight discerning diners of the Dining Out Group "lived life to the Max" on Tuesday evening at Maxim Restaurant, Moraira. The eagerly anticipated event began with a warm welcome from our hosts for the evening, John and Meri, enhanced by a cava reception whilst mingling with friends and acquaintances old and new. The dining tables were dressed to impress. Crisp, white tablecloths scattered with red rose petals were indicative of the detail which sets this restaurant apart. The wide range of starters, mains and desserts was exceptional and beautifully presented. Nor did the taste disappoint and the menu was complemented by an appetiser and sorbet. Everyone I spoke to enjoyed the food, wine and good company. My compliments to the chef Pedro, restaurant owners Maxim and Lola and of course our cordial hosts John & Meri Snell.
