Caprice – In the Spotlight
Caprice ladies choir are delighted to announce their Spring 2019 concert – In the Spotlight – which will take place on Thursday 2nd May at 7.30pm in the Salon Blau, Calpe. With a new programme of music drawn mainly from the stage and screen, the audience will be able to enjoy well known songs such as ‘All that Jazz’ from Chicago, a medley from ‘The King and I’ and ‘Never Enough’ from The Greatest Showman. As usual there will be a few songs which may be new to most people and as always there will be a variety of styles performed by this versatile choir, with something to appeal to everyone, conducted by their musical director, Aileen Lightfoot, and accompanied on the piano by Kirsty Glen.
The performance will be helping to raise funds for the Calpe and Benissa Lions. If you are unable to make this date, Caprice will be repeating the concert at 5pm on Saturday 4th May in the Black Apple, Jalon. Tickets for this date cost 12 euros, but they include a glass of cava and cake. If you have not been to this lovely venue it is well worth a visit.
