Eileen is a qualified teacher and has many years of experience of cookery demonstrating.

The venue for the workshops is Eileen's home. So group size is limited to about 10 people.

... and then the pleasure		The demonstrations (and tastings!) will be themed: seasonal cookery, or use of specific ingredients in different dishes, etc.
