I am not a Spanish teacher but I am qualified in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language). I don't profess to speak very good Spanish myself but I want to help people who can't get started because Spanish teachers assume that they understand English grammar.
Who is it for?
If you go into a sweat when your Spanish teacher tells you that "The adjective must agree with the noun in gender and case" or "Convert these sentences from the present to the preterit tense" then this is the course for you.
What topics will be covered?

- The Spanish Alphabet - name and pronunciation, Spanish phonetic alphabet
- English words the same or similar in Spanish
- Spanish Pronunciation - pronouncing vowels, consonants and where to put stress
- Conjugating verbs - The method of learning to decline a verb in any language. How Spanish uses formal and informal. Omission of pronouns in Spanish
- Verb Tenses - a description of all verb tenses and their use and those most commonly used. How Spanish use some tenses differently to English. Compound tenses and how they are constructed in Spanish
