I am a qualified fitness teacher and I have taught aerobics for many years at some well known gymnasiums in England and then in later years on a self-employed basis.


The classes are approximately 1 hour long and consist of a warm up, lots of stretching and toning, aerobic work to get the old heart pumping, floor exercises and then a cool down and relaxation. The workout covers the whole body as well as the heart.

We meet on Wednesday mornings at the Pensionistas' Club in Benitachell. The venue is a lovely bright and air-conditioned room.
