Painting: Watercolour Techniques - An Introduction
Group Leader: Lynn Haigh
The aims of these classes are to teach the techniques of watercolour and to build confidence, so the student can work to create his/her own paintings to a high standard in an atmosphere of artistic endeavour.
| The classes are held in our casita which has central
heating, a toilet, a kitchenette where we have coffee and tea making
facilities and a sink for our water etc
A good size of group is eight people. With this number, there is adequate room and facilities for all. When teaching beginners, I start with basic excercises in technique. Later, the execution of actual paintings becomes possible. Then we can move on to more accomplished work. |

Eventually, I would like to mount an exhibition of our students' work.
The classes have been oversubscribed from the beginning and there is a waiting list for prospective new members.
