We meet weekly for Dru warm-up followed by Hatha Yoga in which I have 30 years' practice and teaching. |

The group comprises 20 people and is currently over-subscribed. I am keeping a reserve list of people whom I cannot accommodate at present. |

What to expect:
Yoga is suitable for everyone irrespective of age, shape, size or fitness. Why? Because it is totally non-competitive and each individual works only to their own body's limits. Each session begins with the practice of complete breathing, then a warm up using gentle Dru yoga techniques. The main part of the session is the practice of Hatha yoga postures which are designed to improve strength and suppleness. Finally comes relaxation (arguably the best part!) when all tensions are released from the body. |
