This group is twinned with Calpe U3A and meets weekly on Mondays from 4.00 p.m. until 5.00 p.m. The cost of 4 euros goes to our professional instructor Michelle.
This form of exercise is so much fun, you can take it up at any age and do as much or as little as you feel able. Come on over and give it a try.
