The spacious terrace of the Cumbre restaurant was an idyllic meeting place for the Chicas que Comen. Warm sunshine, glass of cava in hand, tapas nibbles next to the huge pool and a beautiful open elevated view of the sea, very pleasant and relaxing. We drifted inside for starters of even more tapas, five in all, until some of us had hardly any room for the main course! But of course we mostly managed, and it was again delicious, especially the salmon. In fact the only complaints were that some of the desserts were a bit heavy and disappointing, and some ladies were overwhelmed by the sheer quantity of food. Not a bad criticism really. And service was at a nice slow pace which gave time to digest the large quantities of food and enjoy some interesting conversation. As I went round to take the photos I heard snippets ranging from Brexit to best airlines to cardboard coffins, shame I had to keep moving! Once again, our thanks to Lynn and her team from all of us.
