The annual group leaders’ dinner, hosted by the Committee and organised by our groups Coordinator, Shirley Baehr, at the Gemisant Restaurant, was well attended.
Our president, Jill Cole, said a few words, thanking the leaders for giving their time and running U3A groups. Jill also thanked Shirley Baehr for all the work she does in co-ordinating the groups. She also thanked the rest of the Committee for their dedication to Moraira – Teulada U3A, for attending all the meetings and, in some cases, also running one more groups.
Shirley thanked the present for their hard work and announced the creation of a number of new groups soon.
