British citizens living here can vote in the European Parliamentary elections if they have been registered to vote in the UK within the last 15 years.

But you must be on the electoral register back in the UK.

Can I still vote if I move overseas?

If you are a British citizen living overseas you are entitled to vote in UK general elections and European elections for up to 15 years after moving abroad. Overseas electors cannot vote at local government elections or elections to devolved bodies.
