The purpose of the group is for ladies to get together over a lunch and meet new people.
Details of the chosen restaurant, menus and costs are e-mailed to all group members well in
advance of the event, and it is then up to the lady members to decide whether they wish to attend,
and then inform the group leader with their menu choices.
Depending on the restaurant, there are six to ten people per table. Table allocation is by each
person drawing lots, so seating is allocated, thus giving people the chance to meet new friends, at
restaurants that they may not know.
The price per person for the menu will be around 30€, to include a 3 course meal, half a bottle of
wine per person, water and a staff gratuity. Payment (cash only) is collected by the host at the
event. Once the restaurant has been informed of the menu choices, normally a few days before
the event, people cancelling will be liable for the cost of the meal.
