Emerald Fennell’s adaptation of the famous classic strongly divides critics and audiences. Purists bemoan the deviation from the book, but the audience verdict on the film review site, Rotten Tomatoes, is “Draped in vibrant silks and Gothic broodiness, Wuthering Heights strays from the source novel but captures the Brontë vibe with style and emotional panache.” What will your verdict be?
