We speak English and basic Spanish and are happy to discuss your individual requirements.
U3A MEMBER DISCOUNT
Our standard invoiced rate is €18.00 per hour.
As a special offer for U3A members, our discounted invoiced rate is €16.50 per hour.
We can also offer alternative payment arrangements, which may reduce the hourly rate to €15.00 per
hour. Please ask for details.
For larger or specialist home-maintenance jobs, we can also arrange services including:
Air-conditioning maintenance
Electrical work
Plumbing
Other general property maintenance
These specialist services are quoted and agreed individually in advance, rather than charged at the
hourly cleaning rate.
