On Tuesday 16th April 46 members of the U3A Dining-Out group enjoyed an excellent luncheon at the “La Cumbre” restaurant at Cumbre del Sol, hosted by Hilary and Stewart Wass.
The weather conditions allowed us to fully appreciate the superb panoramic views from the restaurant windows, including the clearly defined outline of the island of Ibiza.
As is usual at the Cumbre, several different starters were brought for all the table to share, followed by a good choice of main dishes and desserts; all were beautifully cooked and presented.
Nothing was too much trouble for Eloy and his staff, all of whom worked hard to make ours a truly memorable dining experience.
We are fortunate to have so many notable restaurants in our area.
