It is generally acknowledged that singing in a choir improves physical and mental health by reducing stress (cortisol), boosting immune systems, lowering blood pressure, and increasing endorphins. It fosters social connection, builds community, and improves cognitive function like memory. Participants often experience enhanced breathing, better posture, and a greater sense of well-being.
Now’s your chance to gain all this by joining!
They are 40 strong and the only expat male choir on the Costas.
Membership is free but rehearsals cost €5 per week which pays for two professional musicians.
They sing pop, musical theatre, sacred, classical and traditional songs.
The Choir is very friendly and multinational group singing mostly in English and our rehearsals on Tuesday evenings in the Bar Mediterraneo are always lively and good fun.
