Step Into History — Civil War Air-Raid Shelters

• Visit two preserved air-raid shelters
• Discover Alicante’s role during the Spanish Civil War
• Hear about the 83 bombardments the city endured and the lives these shelters protected

Gastro Experience — Cook Alicante’s Iconic Rice

• Hands-on rice cooking workshop with a local chef
