| Group members meet on Monday or Wednesday afternoons from 2-4pm at the Inn On The Green, JƔvea. Some members attend on both days.Play is arranged on an ad hoc basis. This means that each time you come you will probably play someone different which makes things much more interesting. Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before play begins to enable a draw to take place. |
The fees are at a concessionary rate of 8 euros for two hours and this includes the hire of woods and shoes if needed. Whites must be worn. For details of dress code contact the Group Leader.
Bowls is a good way of having fun while taking gentle exercise. The Group is very sociable and joins in with some of the other activities that are arranged by the Inn On The Green such as quiz nights, themed dinners etc.
Tuition can be arranged and drinks and snacks are always available.

26th Nov 2014 Bowls Wednesday Christmas Dinner (11/28/2014) - U3A Bowls Christmas Dinner Wednesday Group On 26th November the Wednesday Green Bowls Group met at Restaurant Villa Celeste to have a Christmas meal. As ever the food was excellent and everyone enjoyed the evening.
