A whopping 49 of the expected 51 Chicas arrived for welcome cava on the terrace of the Cumbre restaurant, with spectacular views straight out to sea. It is a bit of a hike to get there but always worth it, beautiful surroundings, good food, friendly staff and efficient service. Once seated inside, starters arrived in succession, several varied tapas, some prompting a certain amount of interested discussion about which flavours were involved, and all enjoyed. Main courses were small, which most people thought was just as well after all the starters. Desserts were all tasty, apart from the cheesecake which was disappointing. But the Chicas enjoyed themselves as always, with several retiring back later on to the sunny terrace to continue chatting. As ever, many thanks to Lynn and the team, who now take a well deserved summer break.
