November Dining Out – Menu

Restaurant Maxim, Calle Cabo de San Vicente 1, Moraira

(Actually on the Moraira-Calpe Road, before the big Pepe La Sal)

Time: 7:00 for seating at 7:30 p.m. (Tables for 6 or 8 people)


After arrival at 7:00 you will receive a welcome glass of cava



  • A house tapita, and bread with aioli and tomato
  • First Starter – Langoustine with apple mille-feuille and walnut praline
  • Second Starter – Beef and pork pie with Gloucester Sauce
  • Citrus Sorbet
  • Fish Course – Icelandic Cod with piquillo pepper sauce and beans
  • Meat Course – Suckling pig terrine with seasonal vegetables
  • Two desserts on one plate – “Dubai” ice cream bonbon, Mango roll and panna cotta
