This evening at Maxim’s will be just a little bit different. Maxim has put together a lovely 5-course tasting menu for us (7 courses if you include the tapita and sorbet), so no need to make difficult decisions on what to choose! Maxim’s restaurant has always been very popular with our group, serving superb food, beautifully presented with excellent service.
After arrival at 7:00 you will receive a welcome glass of cava
- A house tapita, and bread with aioli and tomato
- First Starter – Langoustine with apple mille-feuille and walnut praline
- Second Starter – Beef and pork pie with Gloucester Sauce
- Citrus Sorbet
- Fish Course – Icelandic Cod with piquillo pepper sauce and beans
- Meat Course – Suckling pig terrine with seasonal vegetables
- Two desserts on one plate – “Dubai” ice cream bonbon, Mango roll and panna cotta
Price 35€ per person to include half a bottle of house wine (red, white or rosé), or a small beer or soft drink plus water and a gratuity. All other extras must be paid for at the time of ordering.
