As we are now allowed to meet in groups of up to 10, the Moraira-Teulada U3A Wine Group Leaders, Brian and Pat Clarke, invited four couples from the group to join them for a private wine tasting at their home in Moraira on 27th May.
The ladies provided some delicious ‘nibbles’ and Franco from the Corcovo bodega in Valdepeñas presented 7 wines – 3 whites, 3 reds and 1 rosado. It was the first opportunity we have had to taste the new vintage and, as usual, the quality of the wines was excellent.
The evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all and it was really good to start feeling ‘normal’ again.
