Shared Wisdom: Support Group for the Third Age

A guided circle for reflection, insight, creativity, and connection.
 
The Third Age can be one of the most meaningful, authentic, and abundant stages of life. It offers a rich opportunity to explore new perspectives, share experiences, and ignite renewed purpose and belonging.
 
Facilitated by Certified Coach Andrea Best, this intimate conversation circle offers a welcoming space to explore life’s evolving chapters. Participants will share experiences, deepen understanding, and form meaningful connections.
 
Topics include:
 Redefining identity beyond career, family, and societal roles
 Reigniting creativity and nurturing one’s interests and passions
 Embarking on life-affirming adventures and embracing new beginnings
 Navigating complex relationships and nurturing healthy ones
 Cultivating community and resilience during life challenges and loss
 Finding belonging and purpose away from one’s country of origin
 
Format
 Monthly gatherings (1.5 – 2.5 hours)
 Intimate small group (3-8 participants) to encourage thoughtful discussion and genuine connection

 Simple grounding practices to support emotional regulation and relaxation
 Guided reflection, conversation, and creative exercises
 Open to all U3A members
 
Setting
Meetings take place in a private home in beautiful Xaló, Alicante, offering a calm, inspiring environment for conversation and reflection.
