Moraira U3A Spicy Dining group enjoyed a menu specially concocted by Cesar Maxim and his team to suit the description of the group, ie. spicy, and very different from their usual menu. Pleasing an audience whose tastes ranged from “the hotter the better” to “ gently with the wasabi” was quite a tricky task, but it was achieved to everybody´s enjoyment, and presented with Maxim´s usual artistic flair. Tables of eight were well spaced, and seating at the tables was also spaced. Although the temperature had suddenly dropped, we still ate outside, and had been warned to bring sweaters or wraps. Many thanks to all the team at Maxim´s, and to John and Elaine Ross for great organisation in difficult circumstances.
