As this trip includes a cruise, we kindly ask you to confirm your booking as soon as possible, as cabin availability remains limited.
We have been granted a 10-day extension for booking the allotted cabins — until 22nd November, by which time the deposit must be paid.
If you prefer not to book at this stage, it may still be possible to do so later, subject to cabin availability, and not necessarily at the same rates or categories currently listed.

This trip has been carefully designed to let us explore some of mainland Japan before setting sail on a cruise around the island, offering an excellent opportunity to experience the beauty of the cherry blossoms. Although sightings cannot be guaranteed, our journey through the southern regions makes it highly likely that we will encounter them along the way.

Flights for 2027 are not available until April 2026. Please see the 2026 prices below as a guide to what the costs are likely to be.
We will depart by coach from Moraira/Javea on 19 or 20 March to travel to the designated airport for our flight to Tokyo. The exact date will be confirmed once the departure airport is finalised.

DAY 1. 20 March 2027. DEPARTURE
DAY 2. 21 March 2027. ARRIVAL
DAY 3. 22 March 2027. TOKYO
Departure to visit the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the city’s administrative center. It has a unique architectural style. You can go up to the observation deck free of charge to enjoy the impressive view of Tokyo, admiring the city panorama and the layout of its modern buildings.
Asakusa Temple – The oldest temple in Tokyo, full of traditional Japanese charm. Within the temple grounds, you will find famous sites such as the Kaminarimon Gate and Nakamise shopping street. Walking through this area, you can experience traditional Japanese culture, taste a variety of local snacks, and shop for handicrafts.

Next, we pass by Ginza Avenue by bus for a panoramic view of what is considered the equivalent of New York’s Fifth Avenue. Our tour continues with a visit to the Tokyo Tower, which rises to 333 meters—one meter taller than the Eiffel Tower in Paris, which served as its model.
We will then head to Odaiba, a popular shopping and entertainment district on an artificial island in Tokyo Bay.
DAY 4. 23 March 2027. EXCURSION TO MOUNT FUJI, LAKE KAWAGUCHI AND CHUREITO PAGODA
On this excursion to Mount Fuji and Chureito Pagoda, you’ll admire this majestic mountain from a unique perspective: on the shores of Lake Kawaguchi. Its snow-capped peaks surrounded by cherry blossoms will captivate you forever!
Enjoy a full-day trip to some of Japan’s most breathtaking natural and cultural landmarks!
Depart from Tokyo and travel to the Fuji Five Lakes region, located at the foot of Japan’s most famous mountain — Mount Fuji. On clear days, you’ll be treated to stunning views of the snow-capped peak.
Visit Lake Kawaguchi, one of the most scenic spots to admire Mount Fuji’s reflection on the water. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside or enjoy some time to relax and capture photos of this iconic landscape.
Continue to the Chureito Pagoda, a five-story pagoda set on a hillside overlooking both Mount Fuji and the surrounding countryside. The panoramic view from here is one of Japan’s most photographed scenes, especially during cherry blossom or autumn foliage seasons.

DAY 5. 24 March 2027. BULLET TRAIN TO KYOTO
Discover Kyoto’s rich cultural heritage and traditional beauty on this relaxing afternoon tour.
Begin with a visit to the stunning Kiyomizu-dera Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site famous for its wooden stage offering panoramic views of the city. Continue to Fushimi Inari Taisha, one of Japan’s most iconic shrines, known for its thousands of bright red torii gates winding through the forested hillside.
Next, explore Gion, Kyoto’s most famous geisha district, where traditional wooden teahouses and cobblestone streets capture the spirit of old Japan. You may even spot a geisha or maiko (apprentice geisha) walking to an evening engagement.

Continue to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, famous for its hundreds of bronze and stone lanterns that line the paths, creating a peaceful and spiritual atmosphere.
