Why make U3A my home page?

Then, every time you log onto the internet, the U3A website will automatically be displayed and you will immediately see if there are any new notices.

How to make this U3A page your browser's home page
The link to   Google   on the navigation side bar of the U3A Home Page even makes it convenient for you to travel from there and surf the big wide grown-ups' world outside of U3A.

Perhaps you would prefer to create an icon on your desktop which you can click on to take you directly to Moraira-Teulada U3A?

            :-)
  • On the top menu bar, click on "Tools"
  • From the drop-down menu, click on "Internet Options"
  • In the window that opens, you will probably find that the "General" tab is already selected. If not, select it now.
  • The first item is entitled "Home page" and the first button in this item is "Use current". Click on the button to make the U3A home page your home page.

OR

  • Stay on this page and, on the top menu bar, click on "Tools"
  • In the window that opens, you will probably find that the "General" tab is already selected. If not, select it now.
  • The first item is entitled "Home page" and in its address window you will see the URL (web address) of your current home page. To change it to the U3A home page, overwrite your current home page URL by copying and pasting
    http://www.u3amoraira-teulada.org/index.html
    in its place.

If you access the internet using Firefox, the only difference is that, after clicking on "Tools" you click on "Options" (instead of "Internet Options" as in the above Internet Explorer instructions).
