Get ready for a super day out packed with shopping, food, and great company.

Carole and Paul Clark from the Moraira U3A Travel Team warmly invite you to come along on a fun-filled shopping escape to the ever-popular La Zenia Boulevard, near Orihuela — the largest and liveliest shopping Centre on the Costa Blanca.

We’ll meet at La Senieta in Moraira at 08:30, boarding our comfortable coach for an 08:45 prompt departure. There will likely be a comfort stop en route, and we expect to arrive at around 10:45 — perfectly timed for a relaxed coffee before diving into the fun.

Shop till you drop (or browse at your leisure!)
La Zenia Boulevard is a shopper’s paradise, with something for every taste and budget. Browse bright, spacious stores featuring well-known brands such as Zara, H&M, Primark, Massimo Dutti, Mango, and many more. You’ll also find footwear favourites like Geox and Deichmann, sparkling accessories from Pandora and Swarovski, plus charming local designer boutiques.

Looking for electronics, cosmetics, or homeware? You’ll find excellent specialist stores, frequent promotions, and tempting seasonal sales — all backed by friendly, multilingual staff. Keep an eye out for unique handmade items from local artisans, perfect for souvenirs and special gifts.

Time to refuel
When it’s time for lunch, the Boulevard’s vibrant dining area offers an impressive choice of Spanish and international cuisine. From tapas, paella, and fresh seafood to pizza, pasta, and quick bites — there’s something for everyone. Familiar favourites like 100 Montaditos, Starbucks, La Tagliatella, and McDonald’s are also on hand, along with ice-cream parlours, bakeries, and cosy cafés for coffee and cake.

Many restaurants have sunny terraces overlooking the central squares, creating a relaxed and sociable atmosphere — ideal for unwinding and watching the world go by.

More than just shopping
Since opening in 2012, La Zenia Boulevard has grown into a buzzing destination with cultural events, tastings, and seasonal activities that attract visitors of all ages.

Homeward bound
After a successful day of shopping, lunch, and laughs, we’ll head back to the coach at around 4:30 pm for a smooth, comfortable journey back to La Senieta, Moraira.

 Cost: just €18 per person
