Frequency: Weekly – Tuesdays 3:00-4:00 p.m. and Wednesdays 11:15-12:15. At the moment I have 2 vacancies for the Tuesday class.

NEW YOGA GROUP FOR THE 70’s!!!

We are planning to start a new Yoga group for the 70s!!! (we all know the 70’s are the new 50’s). The classes will be run on the Hatha technique.

This group is for people who wish to maintain flexibility within the prime of their life.

There will be a need to get down to floor level, but assistance is available if required.

Most of the postures are adaptable so don’t say I can’t before you try!

The classes will be held weekly within the Moraira area. A small cost will be involved to cover the hire of a room.

You will need to bring an exercise mat with you as there are none supplied.
