Christmas is coming and we will be having a special Christmas General Meeting on Monday 4th December 2023.

Doors will be open at 9.30 a.m. when members can enjoy a free cup of coffee with a mince pie plus entertainment provided by the Denia Rock Choir. Meeting will commence at 10:30 a.m.
Please be aware that the Membership Desk will not be open and you will not be able to pay your subscriptions for 2024 & 2025. Our Membership Secretary, Pat Clarke, will send you details of how and when you can pay in a separate email at the beginning of December. New members will be able to join in January.
Please click on this link to view the Agenda. After the formal meeting, we will be entertained by the Denia Rock Choir. They will be singing for us until 12.00. Feedback from other groups where they have performed has been very good, so please come and listen. I’m sure there will be opportunities for you to join in the singing.
We will also act as a temporary collection point for the Make a Smile Christmas appeal. Make A Smile looks after the wellbeing of 130 children in care who’ve had difficult times in their family homes.
If you wish to buy a gift for the children, here are some suggestions from Make a Smile
- Pyjamas, school supplies, slippers, dressing gowns, underwear, and any other useful goodies. Oh! and I’ve been told not to forget to mention chocolate by some very excited youngsters!
